Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa has tasked the players called up by coach Finidi George for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and Benin to go all out and win both games.

The most capped Nigerian player ever said the Super Eagles know how important the games are and so know they will take the games seriously.

“Everyone knows the importance of both games, the players understand what’s at stake and I will want them to go all out and win both games,” he told SCORENigeria

“I am upbeat they will do this.”

The Super Eagles welcome Bafana Bafana of South Africa on June 7 in Uyo, before they fly out three days later for another World Cup qualifier against Benin in Abidjan.

Nigeria are third in Group C with two points from as many matches.
