The Olasole of LASOLE kingdom, HRM Oba Dairo Olutayo, has presented free Uniforms and other gifts to pupils of DC Primary School Lasole Ode Omu, Ayedade Local Government, Osun State as part of his contributions to the welfare of the pupils and development of education at grassroot level.
The presentation took place at his palace in Lasole Ode Omu, Ayedade Local Government, Osun State and was witnessed by members of the community, the chiefs, and parents of the pupils.
According to the monarch, the gifts were part of his contributions to the development of education in the community and to assist the parents of the pupils.
He appealed to the students to be good ambassadors of the state, and always remember to give back to their alma mater in the future.
He called the state governor, Sen. Ademola Adeleke, and federal government to continue the school feeding programme for the pupils in the Primary Schools.
He noted that giving back to the community is crucial for the survival of education and the schools.
Some of the items presented to each of the pupils include Uniforms, shoes, bags, writing materials, sport wear, among others.
