The Lagos State business man , the heldman of Harmony Garden, Saheed Mosadoluwa a.k.a Ibile as popularly called has always been in vehement business controversy overtime either with the Police Authority or with the People on the other end.

The perception Saheed Mosadoluwa a.k.a Ibile has taken it to social media war though good enough and enable the world to see. That advantage is a welcome development and it depicts that awareness created must be thoroughly investigated according to the Chairman of Harmony Garden Saheed Mosadoluwa he alledge alot of complicity in his case before the The Nigeria Police Force Zonal Headquarters, Zone 2 Onikan Lagos. He mentioned certain police officers including a very high ranking Police Officer, An Assistant Inspector General of Police, now retired among other police officers attached to various police department in the Zonal Headquarter , Onikan.
He that alleged, must proof the veracity beyond unreasonable doubt. The emotional outburst by the Lagos business man must not be swept under the carpet but proven to the world if actually the incidence occurred and if not, then it is suffice to say that emotional blackmail, concocted , and target missiles against these officers must certainly be invoked through constitutional measures and a date in court with the Nigeria Police Force might not be a bad idea.

It is on record that he and his thugs manhandled some policemen that earlier went to Ibeju-Leki to investigate a reported case of land grabbing and threats to life by him. He was later declared wanted through the office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police at the Force Criminal Investigations Department.
After that, he resorted to threatening the police on the internet; boasting that he could not be arrested. He also claimed that he has about 41 armed policemen guarding him and moves around every time with about four of them.” the source said.
Further investigation revealed that the Police officers involved are under investigations while unconfirmed reports has it that they are invited to Police Force Headquarters, Abuja , another source confirmed that they are being investigated by a Deputy Commissioner of Police in the Zonal Headquarters Onikan Lagos. Whatever it is, Ibile’s claim of One hundred and fifty millions (#150m) must be thoroughly investigated if there’s a proof to the effects or a mere allegations perhaps trying to give a dog a bad name in other to hang it. This allegations is too weighty to be swept under the carpet.
It is also pertinent to know verbatim of the involvement of the name of a certain police officer Tijani Taofik who Ibile consistently mentioned. Ibile must prove beyond cyber justification if such transaction exist between him and the officer or at best seen as mere allegations to either cowed the officer to submission or rattled him. The Police themselves must be thorough with the investigation or else confirming an unconfirmed reports that many Police officers are in Ibile’s payroll that nothing will come out of the inhouse police investigations.
In the quest to get full details of the facts, further investigation revealed that Alhaji Abdul-Moshood Babatunde, the head of Oni- Orisan family in Lagos Island brought in Saheed Mosadoluwa aka Ibile which didn’t go down well with other members of the families.
According to him, the octogenarian said to journalists, “It’s true I sold a part of the landed properties to Harmony Gardens on behalf of my family in Oju-Ota, Oko-Orisan Village, Epe, Lagos, with the knowledge and consent of my siblings.”
If truly there’s consent then the controversy leading further to police issues and subsequent removal as family head wouldn’t have emanated. some members of the aggrieved members told our reporter. He took a unilateral decision, brought in Ibile that’s why we petition him that a gestapo disposition is not acceptable hence we the entire Oni Orisan family appointed Mrs Modupe Damasio as the Oloriebi to right the wrong of the 86 years old man.
Investigation also revealed that, “The family never had anything with Saheed Mosadoluwa aka IBILE,not until this year 2024 that the removed Olori-ebi went to collect money from IBILE”. The source said.
Speaking further, “Aare Bashiru Fakorede has purchased land from the Family on that same land Oju-ota since 2015 and 2016 in which the family had a deed of Assignment for him prepared by a notable lawyer called M.A Bashua” the source claimed.
However, it is established that, whatever it is the Nigeria Police Force has a right to properly investigates the criminal aspect of the matter having invited him severally and failed to show up which perhaps led to declaring Saheed Mosadoluwa aka Ibile wanted a murky water that the land investor will have to contend with, if truly proven that his men beat up police officers to pop while discharging their official duties, having boasted to have more that forty policemen and standby four guilding him. Having revealed that a one hundred and fifty millions naira (#150m) was demanded by the Police to grease the stable of the Inspector General of Police, these are weighty allegations and must not be swept under the carpets but must be proven beyond unreasonable doubt.
The civil aspect will be subjected to litigation. However, will Ibile come out clean, will the Oni Orisan family who are in the centre of all these prove beyond unreasonable doubt that indeed Aare Bashiru Fakorede legitimacy to the land is proven to be an earlier buyer to the land in question, will Ibile produce documents signed by original members of the Oni Orisan family members indicating earlier purchase, or collaborate that he stepped in through the invitation of the 86 years old man in 2024 or an antics deployed by ambitious land investors or “Ajagungbale methodology” only a competent court of the land will depicts.
Nigerians watch as this is going to remain another scintillating and sensational case in the annals of our Land Law of Lagos State.
