An army officer and a private soldier have lost their lives after they were ambushed by terrorists in Buratai, Biu Local Government Area of Borno Statee, PREMIUM TIMES has gathered. The Federal Government has declared Tuesday and Wednesday, April 9 and 10, 2024, as public holidays to mark the Eid-el-Fitr celebration. The Osun State Police Command has cautioned breeders and owners of exotic dogs against attacks on innocent people of the State. The Command frowned at what it called recent incessant attack of these dogs on the people as their owners failed to restrain them within their propeperties. The Commissioner of Police in Edo State, Funsho Adegboye, has banned operatives in the state from searching the phones of citizens.
