President Bola Tinubu on Thursday met with state governors in Abuja during which they considered “the possibility of setting up state police.” Details of the meeting were disclosed by Information Minister Mohammed Idris who addressed journalists after the meeting. “Now, there is also a discussion around the issue of state police. The Bola Tinubu-led federal government has announced plans to stop subsidizing electricity. The Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, disclosed this at a press conference in Abuja on Wednesday, February 14. A 55 year old father of six simply identified as Abib a.k.a Bibson has committed suicide at Ashaka area of Ibadan, in Ibadan South West Local Government Area of Oyo state.
