A 24-year-old suspected male genitals thief, Habib Kachalla has confessed that he was offered N20,000 to steal male genitals in Jigawa State. Kachalla, from Yan-Ciyawa village of Nguru Local Government Area of Yobe State was apprehended by operatives of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Jigawa State Command.
