The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned the former Minister of Power and Steel, Mr Olu Agunloye, before Justice Donatus Okorowo of the Federal High court, over allegations of fraud. In line with the report  and recommendation of the Special Investigator on Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and Related entities, Jim Obazee  Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has dissolved  the boards and managements of Titan Trust Bank, Union Bank, Keystone Bank and Polaris Bank. The decision to dissolve the boards was taken after a meeting between Yemi Cardoso, Obazee, and the board and management of the four banks.
