The Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone 2, Mohammed Ali, has ordered  the dismissal of  two Police Inspectors, Sunday Adetoye and Ogunleye Stephen. The National Universities Commission (NUC) says it has uncovered about 100 fake professors in universities across the country. This was credited to the Executive Secretary of NUC, Professor Abubakar Rasheed, in a bulletin published by the commission in November.
