Founder of the Pastor Reuben Initiative for Good Leadership and Accountability, PRIFGLA and Board member Governing Council University of Uyo Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Reuben Wilson, has congratulated Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, on his birthday anniversary.
In a statement issued in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Pastor Wilson described Dr. Otuaro as a “selfless leader and champion of peace” whose dedication to the Niger Delta region’s development is unparalleled.

According to him, the leadership qualities exhibited by Dr. Otuaro thus far stands as an exemplary testament to unwavering dedication and indefatigable commitment to the peace, development and unity of Ijaw nation and humanity at large.
He noted that the Amnesty boss unwavering dedication to serve humanity in whatever sphere you found yourself which examplifies a relentless commitment to the welfare and progress of Niger Delta is indeed unmatched.
